In 2022, we were hired to produce a series of short videos featuring an influencer driving an electric Mazda vehicle through six neighborhoods in Quebec City. The goal was to showcase the city's charm through scenic road trip storytelling. Our team handled cinematography and technical production while also managing lead talent casting and securing permissions for participant locations.
In 2023, BBDO returned with the request to create a photo series and editorial highlighting Japanese-inspired architecture in Montreal while showcasing the design excellence of the Mazda CX-90. Black Box Productions carefully scouted locations to capture the vehicle in harmony with its surroundings, drawing aesthetic parallels between its refined interior and architectural elements. Every shot was meticulously planned to emphasize Mazda’s craftsmanship, ensuring a seamless blend of culture, design, and innovation in the final visual narrative.
